The office staff is so professional and friendly, the back of house staff who checks you in was super friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Reddy was wonderful...very patient and kind, he took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He gave me actionable guidance. I left relieved and that I was in good hands!

Dr. Jeffrey P. Lake is an excellent colorectal surgeon. He explained my hemorrhoids and fistula conditions very clearly and let me decided what next steps to take. I have gone to Valley Colorectal Surgeons for more than a decade and every visit resulted in good curative care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Charles Headrick for over ten years. Dr. Headrick is one of the best doctors I’ve experienced throughout my life. Very knowledgeable, friendly, always takes his time and answers all my questions. The surgery that he performed on me in 2021 - was 100% successful! I highly recommend Dr. Charles Headrick. It’s obvious he takes great pride in what he does and is very passionate about his work.

Dr. Lake was kind and respectful. He has a wonderful personality that put me completely at ease on my first visit.

If I could give more stars, I would. From the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Headricks himself, they all made my visit beyond accommodating. Nowadays, when going to the doctors can sometimes feel like you’re just a number but not at Valley Colorectal. I felt like I was cared for and that I really mattered.
