If I could give more stars, I would. From the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Headricks himself, they all made my visit beyond accommodating. Nowadays, when going to the doctors can sometimes feel like you’re just a number but not at Valley Colorectal. I felt like I was cared for and that I really mattered.

Great customer service. Dr Lake was very professional , informative and explained the the problem.

The whole staff was very helpful and nice. They made an experience i was nervous e about very easy and stress-free. Thank you to the team they have and the hospitality they provided.

Had a pain and booked an urgent appointment, was able to see a doctor within an hour. The staffs were nice from the phone call to checking out! This place has a great sense of humor that reduces the awkwardness 😀 Dr. Reddy is super nice and knowledgeable, explained everything in details and very gentle with the checking procedures! I called back two days later after my appointment with some follow up questions and concerns, and I got a callback from Dr. Reddy himself. He suggested some changes on my supplements - I didn’t have to go in for another office visit to get this. I’d say rather than going through a general doctor, book this place as soon as you feel any discomfort. A general doctor may do checking in a different way that irritates the problems you already have and that’s just😅😅😅

The front office staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when we had an urgent issue and needed to see a Dr. ASAP. Dr. Reddy had a wonderful bedside manner! He was kind and patient and explained everything very thoroughly. I am so happy we found this office!

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Lake's expertise and dedication to his patients. If you are in need of a colorectal specialist, I highly recommend Dr. Lake. He truly is one of the best in his field.

Dr. Headrick is truly the best, kindest, most dedicated, knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. He truly cares about his patients. He has done two surgeries for me and both were extremely successful and changed my life in a great way. You will not find a better doctor in my opinion. You are very fortunate if you are fortunate enough to find Dr. Headrick. You will be under the very best care.
