I’ve been a patient of Dr. Charles Headrick for over ten years. Dr. Headrick is one of the best doctors I’ve experienced throughout my life. Very knowledgeable, friendly, always takes his time and answers all my questions. The surgery that he performed on me in 2021 - was 100% successful! I highly recommend Dr. Charles Headrick. It’s obvious he takes great pride in what he does and is very passionate about his work.

Dr. Lake was kind and respectful. He has a wonderful personality that put me completely at ease on my first visit.

If I could give more stars, I would. From the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Headricks himself, they all made my visit beyond accommodating. Nowadays, when going to the doctors can sometimes feel like you’re just a number but not at Valley Colorectal. I felt like I was cared for and that I really mattered.

Had a pain and booked an urgent appointment, was able to see a doctor within an hour. The staffs were nice from the phone call to checking out! This place has a great sense of humor that reduces the awkwardness 😀 Dr. Reddy is super nice and knowledgeable, explained everything in details and very gentle with the checking procedures! I called back two days later after my appointment with some follow up questions and concerns, and I got a callback from Dr. Reddy himself. He suggested some changes on my supplements - I didn’t have to go in for another office visit to get this. I’d say rather than going through a general doctor, book this place as soon as you feel any discomfort. A general doctor may do checking in a different way that irritates the problems you already have and that’s just😅😅😅

The front office staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when we had an urgent issue and needed to see a Dr. ASAP. Dr. Reddy had a wonderful bedside manner! He was kind and patient and explained everything very thoroughly. I am so happy we found this office!
