Overall, I was happy with this office. They got me an appointment for next day ( I was lucky) and they got me taking care off. Was in & out in an hour or so. The only thing they should work on is that parking it’s a disaster in the areas! So you just have to park in the building and it’s a bit expensive and this office do not validate parking slips!

Dr. Lake took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. I highly recommend this office as everyone was friendly and helpful. Office staff, especially, Wendy moves at lighting speed getting needed authorizations and referrals.

Excellent staff. Dr. Headrick was very thorough and explained each step in the physical clearly. He asked the right questions and provided constructive feedback.

These doctors (or at least the one I saw) was absolutely fantastic. They are full of humor, and I have to say, I've never seen a "human" side of a doctor as much as I have at this place. If you want to actually be "seen", and not just be another body churning through their factory, go here! Everyone from the reception desk, to nurses, to doctors are absolutely fantastic!

Going to the doctor has never been my idea of a good time, but when it’s Dr. Headrick, I don’t mind as much—he’s top-notch. Honestly, if he were in the business of fixing cars, I’d probably let him tinker under my hood too. But surprise, surprise—he wasn’t there this time. Instead, I got a new doctor, and let’s just say, the experience was… memorable. The last time I had anything this up close and personal was back in the Marine Corps, and that situation wasn’t exactly by choice. Talk about a literal pain in the rear. At least this time, I was on schedule!

Dr. Lake had me relaxed within 5 minutes of meeting him. I felt very comfortable knowing I’m in his care.
