Dr. Jeffery Lake was very professional, and put me at ease during the office visit. I was recommended to him by another doctor, and was not disappointed. Dr. Lake was thorough, asked many questions, some I had not even thought of, to find the source of the problem. I felt confident that all would be taken care of, and that I was in very good hands.If you have any doubts when you come, they will be gone when you leave. Highly recommend him. Also the wait time was set for about 5 weeks out, which I was not happy with. I asked to be put on a wait list, and the very next day one of the office staff called with a sudden opening, due to a cancelation. I thought that was very helpful and I was there the next day. Great office staff as well!!

I've had suffered with Diverticulitis for years and my primary doctor told me to see Dr. Charles Headrick. I have to say Dr. Headrick is amazing. His skill as a surgeon and bedside manner are the best I have ever experienced. The surgery went without a hitch. It's been 4 months and I no longer have to deal with Diverticulitis. My life has changed big time. Dr. Headrick is a Godsend and I recommend him highly.

Dr. Lake is a very competent and caring doctor. I was very pleased with his expertise and empathy with my issues. His humor certainly helps, too! I certainly recommend him. He has helped me to heal on two issues which I'm grateful. I can say the staff at Valley Colorectal Surgeons are also great to work with.

Both of these physicians are outstanding and the office staff is very helpful.

Dr. Headrick helped save my life. He is very good about getting back to you with issues and or just checking in on you. I highly recommend him , he is one of best in his field. He really cares and helps you thru the tough time with kindness and knowledge. He did robotics on me 9 months ago. The office overall is a great team.

Dr.Lake was extremely thorough when I saw him for a consult. He had great bed side manner and took the time to explain my diagnosis in great detail so I can make informed decisions.

Dr. Headrick is wonderful. He always takes his time explaining everything and answers all my questions. He is very caring and has great bedside manners. He is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I know i am in the best hands. His colleagues Dr. Lake and Dr. Gingold are also very caring and courteous. Even though I'm not his patient, when Dr. Headrick is not available Dr. Lake knows about my case and is very helpful. He and Dr. Gingold always ask how I'm doing when we cross paths which is nice to know that Dr Headrick's colleagues care too. His staff is always nice and courteous. He is just an overall nice guy. He takes personal interest in you so you don’t feel like just another patient.

Dr.Gingold is the best.
